Evolution Mining takes near-10% stake in Arizona Gold & Silver
Arizona Gold & Silver has secured a C$12 million investment from Evolution Mining.
The investment will be used to fund a major drilling push at its Philadelphia Gold-Silver Project in Arizona.
At least 90% of the gross proceeds, approximately C$10.8 million, will be allocated to accelerate exploration, with up to 10%, approximately C$1.2 million, for general expenses.
