EUR/USD could recover toward 1.15 if markets sustain optimism on geopolitical de-escalation and the Federal Reserve adopts a dovish stance. ING notes the pair may have bottomed last week but requires Fed repricing and stable risk sentiment for a sustained move above 1.15.

Recent military strikes highlight lingering caution, though improving Middle East headlines may support the euro. Tech sector volatility, however, could limit gains despite broader risk-on sentiment. With a quiet eurozone economic calendar, the pair’s direction hinges on the FOMC’s signals.

A modest dovish surprise from the Fed could push EUR/USD back into the 1.1400–1.1450 range in the near term, analysts said.
