eToro Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: $ETOR) will acquire TradeZero for up to $231 million, combining cash and newly issued shares. The transaction targets expansion in the U.S. market, pending regulatory approvals and expected closure in the first half of 2027.

TradeZero, founded in 2015, generated $80 million in revenue over the past year with 81% gross margins. The brokerage provides desktop, web, and mobile platforms specializing in U.S. equities, options, and stock shorting tools.

eToro expects the acquisition to be accretive to adjusted earnings per share within the first year. The deal grants eToro access to TradeZero’s broker-dealer infrastructure and active trader community, accelerating product launches in the U.S. and beyond.
