Encore Capital increases note offering to €325M
Encore Capital Group has increased its European note offering to €325.0 million.
The company initially planned to offer €300.0 million in senior secured floating rate notes due 2033.
The notes will have a coupon rate of three-month EURIBOR plus 3.250%.
