E.l.f. Beauty (ELF) climbed 12% in July, reflecting investor confidence as the company overcomes prior tariff pressures and expands its product lines. Gross margins reached 73% in the fiscal fourth quarter, despite lingering tariff impacts, as pricing adjustments offset higher costs.

The company’s growth strategy includes the acquisition of Rhode, a luxury cosmetics brand launched by Hailey Bieber, which generated $113 million and became Sephora’s largest U.K. launch. E.l.f. also plans to enter the hair care market, with 77% of its users expressing interest in the category.

E.l.f. continues to differentiate itself through affordability, social media engagement, and a broad demographic appeal, positioning it for further expansion in both domestic and international markets.
