Elemental Royalty Corporation (TSX:ELE) shares climbed nearly 4% in Toronto and New York on Wednesday after the gold royalty company said it had been selected for inclusion in three major market indexes.

Elemental is set to join the S&P/TSX Global Gold Index prior to the open of trading on June 22, following an announcement by S&P Dow Jones Indices on June 5

The index is designed to give investors exposure to global gold securities and is widely tracked by market participants seeking diversified access to the sector. The company is also expected to be added to the Russell 3000 and Russell 2000 indexes at the close of US markets on June 26, upon completion of the June 2026 Russell Reconstitution. The annual reconstitution ranks up to the 4,000 largest US stocks by total market capitalization as of April 30.

Elemental will additionally be included in the applicable Russell growth and value indexes. Roughly $12.2 trillion in assets were benchmarked against the Russell US indexes as of the end of June 2025, according to FTSE Russell, the global index provider. Elemental CEO David Cole said the inclusions reflected the company’s growth and rising profile within the global gold sector, adding that the milestones would expand visibility among Canadian and US institutional and index-oriented investors. “We remain focused on building a high-quality royalty platform that delivers immediate cash flow, diversified growth, and long-term discovery upside for shareholders,” Cole said
