The company reduced net debt by $9.5m in the quarter following its March copper stream acquisition.

Ecora Royalties PLC reported Q2 revenue of $19M and net debt of $74.9m as of June 30, 2026, down from $84.4m at the end of March. The reduction follows the Mimbula copper stream acquisition in March 2025, which initially raised debt to $124.6m a year earlier.

Net debt declined materially over the quarter, reflecting deleveraging efforts. The company expects further reductions throughout 2026 unless new royalty or stream acquisitions occur.
