Dutch Bros (NYSE: BROS) posted an 8.3% increase in same-store sales for the quarter, with transactions up 5.1%. Company-owned stores led growth, seeing a 10.6% rise in comparable sales and a 6.9% jump in transactions.

The company attributed its performance to drink innovation, limited-time offerings, and a 30% increase in LTO unit sales. Merchandise sales surged 50% year-over-year, while digital orders now account for 15% of total sales, up from 14% at year-end. The Dutch Rewards program drove 74% of transactions.

Despite the strong results, shares declined about 13% year-to-date. Dutch Bros opened 41 new locations in the quarter and raised its 2026 store expansion target to at least 185 shops.
