Billionaire investor Stanley Druckenmiller’s largest holding is Natera, a genetic testing company, rather than Nvidia. The stake accounted for 18.1% of his Duquesne Family Office portfolio, worth slightly under $613 million in the first quarter of 2026.

Natera has outperformed Nvidia over the past 12 months, delivering three times the returns. The global genetic testing market, valued at $11.7 billion in 2024, is projected to grow to $39.3 billion by 2030, while the cancer diagnostics market is expected to expand from $119.8 billion in 2025 to $191.1 billion by 2033.

Druckenmiller’s firm has been increasing its position in Natera, though it does not disclose investment rationale. The company specializes in cell-free DNA testing, positioning it for growth in expanding medical diagnostics markets.
