DraftKings reaffirms $6.5B-$6.9B revenue and $700M-$900M adjusted EBITDA targets for 2026 amid strong customer growth.

DraftKings maintained its 2026 revenue outlook of $6.5 billion to $6.9 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $700 million to $900 million. The company said its core business is on track to generate approximately $1 billion in adjusted EBITDA this year, driven by a 75% year-over-year rise in customer acquisition and lower-than-expected acquisition costs.

Customer-friendly sports outcomes created an $80 million revenue headwind in the quarter. Despite this, the company reported $115 million in adjusted EBITDA for Q2, exceeding expectations. Annualized trading volume in its predictions business surged from $2.3 billion in April to $11 billion in July, with over 600,000 customers using the service year-to-date.

DraftKings plans to invest an additional $200 million to $300 million in its predictions business during 2026. CEO Jason Robins highlighted strong momentum in core operations and customer engagement.
