Dorel Industries posted a 14.7% year-over-year decline in second-quarter revenue to $42.9 million, driven by a 46.4% plunge in its Home segment as the company exited non-core products. The operating loss narrowed to $24.3 million from $37.2 million, with management noting a $1.5 million operating profit excluding restructuring and foreign-exchange effects.

Organic revenue fell 16.9% for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, while Dorel Juvenile revenue dipped 3.9% amid weaker U.S. demand. International markets, including Australia, Brazil, and Canada, saw double-digit growth. The Home segment’s reshaped business, focused on Cosco and Notio, is expected to turn profitable in the second half of 2026.

Management anticipates improved U.S. sales and earnings in the second half, supported by promotions and new product launches, though legacy costs will continue to pressure results.
