Domino’s adds two new independent directors
Domino’s Pizza has appointed two new independent directors to its board.
The new members are Michael Creedon, CEO of Dollar Tree, Inc., and Anneliese Olson, president of the Imaging, Printing and Solutions division at HP.
Corie Barry, a board member since July 2018, was elected lead independent director.
Both new members will serve on the board’s Audit Committee.
