Digital Realty Trust reported Q2 funds from operations of $2.13 per share, beating estimates by $0.15. Revenue reached $1.92 billion, up 28.9% from the same period last year and $260 million above forecasts.
The company’s prior-year Q2 FFO was $1.92 per share, with revenue of $1.49 billion. Analysts had expected FFO of $1.98 and revenue of $1.66 billion for the quarter.
Digital Realty also signed bookings in Q2 expected to generate $307 million in annualized GAAP base rent at full share.
