Digi Power X Inc (NASDAQ:DGXX) will invest $35 million to acquire NVIDIA’s Vera Rubin systems, targeting deployment in Q1 2027. The purchase supports the expansion of its NeoCloudz GPU-as-a-service platform, funded from existing cash reserves.

The company has been processing AI workloads on NVIDIA’s B200 and B300 GPUs since May 2026, generating its first AI-related revenues that month. Its Alabama data center campus remains on schedule, with Phase 1 set for December 15, 2026, and full 40 MW deployment by Q1 2027.

Digi Power X holds $150 million in cash, with $65 million already deployed into the Alabama site this year. The Vera Rubin platform, NVIDIA’s Blackwell successor, features 288GB HBM4 memory and an 88-core CPU.
