DHL Group raised its 2026 earnings guidance after reporting a 29% jump in pre-tax income for Q2.

DHL Group increased its 2026 EBIT forecast to exceed 6.5 billion euros, up from 6.2 billion euros, following a 29% rise in pre-tax income for the second quarter. Revenue grew 10% year over year, while EBIT reached $2.1 billion, driven by higher shipment weights and pricing power.

The company cited strong demand and savings from its Fit for Growth efficiency program, contrasting with the prior-year quarter affected by tariffs and trade policy shifts. DHL Express EBIT nearly doubled to $1.4 billion, benefiting from air cargo market constraints and $171 million in income from reduced Middle East carrier operations.

DHL Forwarding reported a 24.4% EBIT increase to $274.3 million, while DHL Supply Chain earnings fell 12.3% to $348.6 million due to a one-time gain in 2025. DHL eCommerce EBIT declined 10.7% to $57.1 million.
