Deutsche Bank reduced its price target for Dana Inc. (DAN) to $39 from $40 while maintaining a Buy rating, implying a 53% upside from current levels. The new target is below the median 61% upside projected by 10 Wall Street analysts.

Dana recently agreed to acquire Eaton’s Mobility Group in a Reverse Morris Trust transaction, aiming to enhance margins and aftermarket exposure. The deal includes a $2.6 billion bridge loan from Goldman Sachs to fund a $1.1 billion cash payment to Eaton and refinance existing debt. Shareholder and regulatory approvals are still pending.

The acquisition is expected to expand Dana’s scale and long-term business profile, though the revised price target suggests tempered near-term expectations.
