Deloitte UK promoted over 6,000 employees, including 48 new partners, as part of a broader expansion of its equity partnership. The firm also raised average in-grade salaries by 4.2% and increased its bonus pool by 14% across the UK business.
The move brings the total number of UK partners to 1,308, with 784 now holding equity stakes—the highest since Deloitte LLP’s formation in 2003. Of the new partners, 31% are based outside London, and 29% work in financial services, signaling regional and sectoral growth.
Deloitte also hired 21 external partners, with 38% being women and 19% from ethnic minority backgrounds, aligning with diversity initiatives. The promotions span technology, tax, audit, and advisory services.
