Curium buys Lantheus for up to $114.50 per share
Curium has agreed to buy Lantheus Holdings in a deal worth up to $8 billion.
The deal includes $102.50 per share in cash and up to $12 more per share if sales targets are met by 2030.
Lantheus has been a target of takeover interest for months, with a previous offer valuing it at about $7 billion.
The acquisition expands Curium’s footprint in the radiopharmaceutical sector, which has seen deals like Bristol Myers Squibb’s $4.1 billion purchase of RayzeBio.
