The AI infrastructure firm aims to triple its valuation to $30bn amid rising demand for cloud compute services.

Crusoe, a US-based AI infrastructure and cloud compute provider, is in talks to raise approximately $3bn in a new funding round. The deal could value the company at around $30bn, up from just over $10bn following its $1.38bn Series E round last year.

The firm supplies AI computing capacity to major clients, including Meta Platforms and Oracle, as demand for generative AI applications drives investment in data centre infrastructure. Crusoe, originally a cryptocurrency business, has pivoted to focus on AI cloud services.

Discussions remain ongoing, with no final terms agreed. Investors view the $30bn valuation as a potential outcome if the round is completed.
