Crescent Energy (CRGY) reported a first-quarter 2026 loss of $1.28 per share, widening beyond expectations by $1.63. Revenue climbed 24% year-over-year to nearly $1.2 billion, exceeding estimates by $20 million.
The company produced a record 341,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day, including 140 thousand barrels of oil daily. Adjusted EBITDA reached $690 million, with levered free cash flow at $192 million for the quarter.
CRGY declared a $0.12 per share dividend and ended the quarter with $2 billion in liquidity. The company expects $200 million in EBITDA this year and targets $1 billion in levered free cash flow for 2026.
