CoreWeave (CRWV) will be included in the Nasdaq-100 index starting June 22, marking a milestone for the AI infrastructure provider. The stock has surged 194% since its public debut over a year ago, driven by triple-digit revenue growth as customers seek high-powered compute solutions for AI workloads.

The company’s close partnership with Nvidia has been a key growth driver. CoreWeave was the first to deploy Nvidia’s Blackwell and Blackwell Ultra GPUs and expects early access to the upcoming Vera Rubin platform. Nvidia’s confidence in CoreWeave is evident through its investment, holding over 47 million shares and agreeing to purchase excess compute capacity through 2032.

CoreWeave’s inclusion in the Nasdaq-100 reflects its expanding role in the AI ecosystem, though its valuation and long-term growth prospects remain under scrutiny by investors.
