Corcept Therapeutics posted Q2 2026 revenue of $256.1 million, a 32% increase from the same period last year. The growth was fueled by $208.6 million in sales from Korlym and its authorized generic, alongside $47.6 million from Lifyorli.
The company now targets $1.1 billion to $1.2 billion in revenue for 2026, supported by Lifyorli’s adoption in 1,300 patients and the pending December 17 PDUFA decision for relacorilant. Last year’s revenue was significantly lower, reflecting the expansion of its drug portfolio.
Management highlighted the strong performance of its existing products and the potential for further growth with upcoming regulatory milestones.
