Major exchanges adopt standardized transparency framework to attract institutional investors with stock-market-style filings for digital assets.

Over 40 crypto firms, including Coinbase and Kraken, launched the Transparency Alliance to standardize token disclosures using Blockworks’ framework. The initiative aims to provide investors with clearer data on insider allocations, market maker deals, and listing terms without assessing investment quality.

The Token Transparency Framework, already used by 44 protocols, offers one-time and continuous filings. It has drawn interest from U.S. regulators seeking to improve visibility in digital asset markets, where disclosure practices vary widely.

Founding members include Binance.US and MEXC, reflecting broad industry support. The effort targets institutional capital by aligning crypto transparency with traditional financial market standards.
