Coca-Cola HBC has identified Egypt as a major growth driver, with the market now representing 11% of its total volumes and ranking as its third-largest by volume. The company has shifted focus from post-acquisition integration to long-term expansion, targeting double-digit organic revenue growth in the medium term.

Management highlighted portfolio diversification beyond sparkling drinks and water, with strong performance in Schweppes, Fanta, Sprite, and energy drinks. Egypt is now the largest Schweppes market globally, while investments in Monster and Fury have positioned Coca-Cola HBC as the No. 2 energy player in the country within three years.

The company has increased capital expenditure and digital initiatives, including AI-led outlet activation and expanded direct coverage, to improve margins. Executives aim to become the No. 1 player in Egypt despite economic challenges like inflation and currency devaluation.
