CleanSpark (NASDAQ: $CLSK) has signed a $6.6 billion lease for its Georgia data centre campus with an unnamed global technology company. The 20-year deal includes two five-year extension options, which could raise the total value to $11.6 billion.
The tenant will deploy 175 megawatts of power, with deliveries set to begin in Q4 2027. CleanSpark, which shifted focus to AI data centres last October, described the tenant as a high-investment-grade global technology firm.
Shares of $CLSK rose 10% on the news, extending its year-to-date gain to 18%, with the stock trading at $13.65.
