Company reports 6% rise in adjusted EBITDA to $458.5 million, forecasts 7% revenue growth for fiscal 2027.
Cimpress reported fiscal 2026 revenue of $3.74 billion, a 10% increase on a reported basis and 4% organically, driven by investments in high-value customers and supply-chain improvements. Adjusted EBITDA rose 6% to $458.5 million for the year.
Fourth-quarter results were impacted by startup costs and inventory charges, though tariff refunds partially offset the pressure. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter totaled $120.4 million. Management projected fiscal 2027 revenue growth of at least 7%, with adjusted EBITDA reaching $520 million and free cash flow of approximately $200 million.
The company also raised its fiscal 2028 adjusted EBITDA target to at least $615 million, citing acquisitions, organic growth, and cost efficiencies. The Canva partnership and Saxoprint acquisition are expected to expand customer reach and manufacturing capacity.
