A prominent Chinese miner predicts Bitcoin will reach a bear-market low between $42,000 and $44,000 by late 2026.
A leading Chinese Bitcoin miner has projected that BTC could bottom between $42,000 and $44,000 in late 2026, citing October to December as the likely timeframe. The forecast follows a decline in Strategy’s modified net asset value (mNAV) to 0.72, nearing the 0.7 low observed during the 2022 cycle shift.
Historically, BTC price bottoms have lagged mNAV lows by about six months, as seen in the previous cycle when Bitcoin hit its final low after MSTR’s mNAV bottomed. The miner noted that while mNAV may signal a transition, it does not always coincide with BTC’s ultimate price floor.
