After the sale, PABU represented just 0.5% of Cerity’s 13F reportable assets under management. The firm’s top holdings included VOO ($273.6 million), XLK ($224.8 million), and IEF ($180.3 million). PABU shares traded at $77.15 on May 15, 2026, up 20% year-over-year but trailing the S&P 500 by 4 percentage points and its Large Growth benchmark by 9 percentage points.
The ETF tracks the MSCI USA Climate Paris Aligned Index, targeting U.S. equities aligned with Paris Agreement decarbonization goals while underweighting high-carbon companies.
