Cerberus, a chipmaker, debuted this week as 2026’s biggest IPO yet, pricing shares at $185 after an upsized raise of $5.6 billion.

The company’s stock rose 68% on Thursday, driven by investor demand for AI equities, but dropped 10% on Friday.

Other notable IPOs this week include Blackstone Digital Infrastructure Trust Inc, which raised $1.75 billion, and Fervo Energy, which scored $1.89 billion in proceeds, the largest renewable energy IPO ever.

US IPO proceeds so far this year amount to $28.4 billion, with anticipation building for potential debuts from SpaceX, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
