Alex Mashinsky requests sentence vacated
Alex Mashinsky, former CEO of Celsius, has filed a motion to vacate his 12-year sentence.
Mashinsky was sentenced in May 2025 and has since reported to federal prison.
He was ordered to pay $48 million in forfeiture as part of his criminal case, while his cohort Roni Cohen-Pavon was sentenced to time served but ordered to pay more than $1 million.
