Carlsmed reported Q2 2026 revenue of $18.9 million, a 57% increase from the prior year. The company attributed the growth to new surgeon onboarding, deeper utilization, and recent product launches.

The $18.9 million print exceeded consensus estimates and marked the third consecutive quarter of accelerating growth. Management highlighted strong adoption of its aprevo lumbar technology, which aligns with new CMS MS-DRGs effective October 1.

Carlsmed now expects full-year 2026 revenue between $74 million and $78 million, reflecting confidence in sustained demand and expansion in the spinal surgery market.
