Carlisle Companies (NYSE: CSL) announced its 50th consecutive annual dividend increase, raising its quarterly payout 14% to $1.25 per share, or $5.00 annualized. The move cements its status as a Dividend King, a rare achievement shared by fewer than 60 U.S. public companies.

The company last increased its dividend from $1.10 per share in 2023. CEO Chris Koch emphasized the milestone reflects the durability of Carlisle’s business model but framed the story as one of capital allocation, spanning recessions, market cycles, and portfolio transformations.

CSL’s stock has historically outperformed peers in the building products sector, driven by consistent shareholder returns and strategic acquisitions.
