The luxury retailer exceeded Q1 expectations with $0.67 EPS and $769M revenue, adjusting its full-year outlook amid macro headwinds.

Capri Holdings reported Q1 non-GAAP earnings per share of $0.67, surpassing estimates by $0.27, while revenue reached $769M, beating expectations by $16.43M. The company updated its FY2027 outlook, projecting $3.4B in revenue and $170M in operating income despite challenges from Michael Kors inventory delays and softer EMEA demand.

The prior quarter saw lower revenue and earnings, with consensus estimates trailing the current print. FX headwinds and regional softness in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa were cited as key pressures. Michael Kors is expected to generate $645M in revenue with a high-single-digit operating margin, while Jimmy Choo is projected to post $135M in revenue with a negative mid-single-digit margin.
