Camden Property Trust (CPT) and Mid-America Apartment Communities (MAA) were trading lower as Scotiabank cut its recommendation on the two stocks to Sell equivalent.
CPT was trading 0.93% lower at $104.37 during Thursday morning trading, while MAA was -0.73% to $128.40
