C3.ai reported fiscal fourth-quarter revenue of $51.6 million, exceeding the $50.13 million consensus estimate. Adjusted losses narrowed to $0.33 per share, better than the expected $0.38 loss. Subscription revenue accounted for 94% of total revenue at $48.4 million.
For fiscal 2026, total revenue fell 52.5% year-over-year to $250.3 million, with subscription revenue making up 91% of the total. The company’s full-year fiscal 2027 revenue guidance of $210 million to $240 million came in below analyst forecasts.
CEO Thomas Siebel acknowledged underperformance in recent quarters, stating the company has restructured leadership and refocused on revenue growth and profitability. The outlook reflects ongoing challenges in scaling enterprise AI adoption.
