Former Bramshill Investments executive alleges wrongful termination and seeks compensation for lost stake and earnings.
A co-founder of Bramshill Investments is suing his former partners and ADP Totalsource for $30 million after being fired for violating a return-to-office policy he helped create. William Nieporte claims the policy did not apply to him and was used to force him out and seize his 12% stake in the company.
Nieporte, who co-founded Bramshill in 2012, was dismissed in 2022 after failing to comply with the five-day in-office requirement. The lawsuit argues his termination was unjustified, as his remote work arrangement had been previously approved by his co-founders. Bramshill’s shareholder agreement mandates selling holdings if an owner is fired for cause.
The suit seeks compensation for lost earnings, profits, and the value of Nieporte’s 12% stake. ADP Totalsource, the HR firm involved in his dismissal, is also named in the lawsuit filed in May.
