Lagarosse Holdings, a Cayman Islands-registered producer of Bordeaux wine, has filed for an initial public offering in the US. The company plans to allocate 40% of proceeds to estate renovations, vineyard development, and winery upgrades, with additional funds earmarked for market expansion and acquisitions.

Revenue surged to €2.5m ($2.9m) in the year to March 2025, up from €1.1m the prior year, while net income rose to €940,099 from €312,011. Bottle sales climbed to 124,518 from 33,238. In the six months to September 2025, revenue reached €1.2m, with net income at €610,114.

The company’s primary revenue comes from non-EU customers, and it highlights its Bordeaux AOP wine as a key competitive advantage. The filing does not specify the target raise amount.
