Boerse Stuttgart Digital and institutional crypto trading firm Tradias have finalized their merger, forming a combined digital asset infrastructure unit with approximately 300 employees. The deal, first announced in February, unites Boerse Stuttgart Digital’s custody operations with Tradias’ trading services under a single management team.

The merged entity will operate under the Boerse Stuttgart Digital brand, retaining Tradias as the trading services arm. It will provide trading, custody, staking, and tokenization services, targeting banks, brokers, and financial institutions across Europe. Headquarters will be in Frankfurt and Stuttgart, with additional offices in eight cities.

Co-CEOs Christopher Beck, founder of Tradias, and Ulli Spankowski, managing director of Boerse Stuttgart Digital, will lead the unit. Tradias currently supports over 150 cryptocurrencies and serves clients including flatexDEGIRO and European government institutions.
