Bob’s Discount Furniture posted an 8.8% increase in second-quarter net revenue to $619.6 million, up from $569.5 million a year earlier. The growth was attributed to four new store openings and comparable sales gains.

Gross profit climbed 20.7% to $319.1 million, while adjusted net income fell to $27.8 million from $32.2 million. Adjusted EBITDA reached $60.8 million, or 9.8% of revenue, compared to $62.8 million, or 11.0%, in the prior year. Diluted EPS was $0.43 versus $0.31, with adjusted diluted EPS at $0.20 versus $0.29.

The company reiterated its 2026 fiscal outlook, targeting net income of $152 to $160 million and adjusted EBITDA of $255 to $265 million. Leadership cited a focus on value-driven pricing as a key factor in market share gains.
