BNY, the world’s largest custodian bank, will introduce digital asset custody services in Abu Dhabi through partnerships with Finstreet and ADI Foundation. The move targets institutional clients in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) regulatory framework.

The service will start with Bitcoin and Ethereum custody, expanding later to stablecoins and tokenized assets. BNY currently oversees $59 trillion in assets under custody and administration globally.

The initiative reflects growing demand for regulated digital asset infrastructure in the Middle East, aligning with Abu Dhabi’s push to become a hub for crypto and blockchain innovation.
