Bloom Energy (BE) shares have fallen 37% from their recent high of $345 to $218, despite reporting its strongest quarter yet. The company posted $1 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, with improved margins and profitability. Management also raised 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $3.9 billion to $4.2 billion.

Wall Street expects revenue to more than triple over the next two years, driven by demand for solid oxide fuel cell systems amid the AI boom. While the stock trades at 24 times trailing sales, it appears cheaper at 11 times next year’s expected revenue. The average price target stands at $274, 25% above the current share price.

Analysts remain bullish, citing potential growth from data center expansion, though upside is not guaranteed.
