The site, located in an industrial zone near a power substation, is undergoing technical assessments and planning activities to support development prospects.
The company has engaged an engineering and surveying firm to conduct assessments, expand usable space, and optimize site configuration. Part of the property is already zoned for industrial use, and discussions with local authorities and stakeholders are ongoing. Blockmate noted the project could bring economic benefits, including employment opportunities, pending necessary approvals and partner commitments.
Blockmate remains in discussions with multiple interested parties regarding the site’s potential development. The company recently attended a major data center industry conference to advance the opportunity.
