BLNK sells its subsidiary Envoy Technologies to Blade Ranger Ltd as part of a strategy to focus on core operations and improve capital efficiency.
Blink Charging Co. (BLNK) has agreed to sell its wholly owned subsidiary Envoy Technologies to Blade Ranger Ltd. The transaction aligns with the company’s shift toward an owner-operator model, aiming to simplify operations and optimize capital allocation.
The move follows Blink’s broader strategy to refine its business focus. Envoy Technologies, a provider of shared mobility solutions, had been part of Blink’s portfolio as the company expanded into adjacent markets. No financial terms of the deal were disclosed.
Blink stated the sale will allow it to concentrate resources on its core electric vehicle charging infrastructure business.
