Blackstone Digital Infrastructure Trust Inc. (BXDC) will target a 40% leverage ratio as it deploys $2 billion raised from its May IPO. The proceeds will fund investments in stabilized data centers, management said during its Q2 2026 earnings call.

The $2 billion IPO, completed in May, marked one of the largest listings for a digital infrastructure-focused trust this year. Management indicated the leverage target aligns with its strategy to balance growth and risk in the data center sector.

No immediate market reaction was disclosed in the call.
