Black Hills Corp. reported Q1 2026 earnings per share of 89 cents, missing the consensus estimate of 95 cents. Revenue reached $582 million, slightly below the $590 million forecast by analysts.
The company cited increased operational expenses and regulatory challenges as key factors impacting performance. In Q1 2025, Black Hills had reported earnings of 92 cents per share on revenue of $575 million.
