BitMine Immersion Technologies increased its Ethereum holdings by 76,881 ETH, valued at over $139 million, bringing its total stake to 5.6 million ETH. The move precedes the launch of its preferred share offering, BMNP, which begins trading Tuesday with a 9.5% annual dividend paid weekly.
The firm also secured $274 million from the preferred share offering, earmarked for additional ETH acquisitions, infrastructure, or share buybacks. BitMine currently stakes 4.7 million ETH, generating $219 million in projected annualized staking rewards, which will support dividend payments.
Shares of BitMine rose 6.6% to $17.18 on Monday amid broader market gains following a U.S.-Iran ceasefire announcement.
