Binance will block transactions involving HTX and 10 other crypto platforms starting August 23, citing recent regulatory actions. The move follows HTX’s inclusion in the EU’s sanctions package targeting Russia, announced in late July.

HTX, formerly Huobi, was also designated by the UK in May over allegations of supporting Russia’s government. The UK’s Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation linked HTX to entities providing financial services to Russia. HTX denied the allegations, stating the sanctions apply only to a separate legal entity.

Transactions attempted after the effective date may be held for compliance review, and impacted wallets could face restrictions during the process. The 10 other platforms include Rapira, Aifory Pro, and EXMO.
