LVMH has sold its remaining stake in SirDavis, a US whiskey brand, to Beyoncé Knowles-Carter, completing her full ownership of the company. The transaction follows a 2024 joint venture between Moët Hennessy and the singer, which positioned SirDavis as a luxury spirits brand.

SirDavis was launched earlier this year after nearly four years of development, with a focus on redefining American whisky. The product, a blend of 51% rye and 49% malted barley, is produced in Indiana and finished in Texas, Knowles-Carter’s home state.

The brand stated the sale reinforces its identity as a woman, family, and Black-owned enterprise. No details on financial terms or production changes were disclosed.
