Bank Leumi will let customers trade Bitcoin and Ethereum
Bank Leumi, Israel’s largest bank, will allow customers to trade Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other digital assets through its digital investment arm, Pepper.
The service is expected to launch in early 2027, pending approval from the Bank of Israel.
This is Bank Leumi’s second attempt at offering cryptocurrency trading, after a previous attempt in 2022 was stalled due to regulatory issues.
