Aviat Networks (NASDAQ:AVNW) launched a new long-haul portfolio aimed at enhancing capacity and reliability for long-distance connectivity. The update integrates Pasolink and IRU600 products into a single solution, addressing North American and international backbone networks.
The company said the offerings open an incremental addressable market exceeding $250 million. In North America, Pasolink VR supports up to 16 radios from one chassis, boosting nodal capacity by 50%. Internationally, Pasolink LH delivers over 10 Gbps of aggregate capacity for trunking applications.
The move aligns with rising demand for high-capacity transport networks driven by AI, cloud, and enterprise data traffic growth. Aviat serves telecom, government, and utility sectors with wireless transport solutions.
